Greeting a patient

Patient Appointments

At the time of your appointment, please come prepared with the following information:

  • a referral slip and any radiographs your dentist gives you
  • a list of medications you are currently taking
  • Photo ID, dental insurance information (if applicable) and a credit card to have on file.

If is important that a parent or guardian be present with any patient under the age of 18.  Your initial appointment in our office will always start with a consultation and explanation of the diagnosis and different treatment options.  It may be feasible to do the root canal treatment the same day as the initial visit.  If not, another appointment may be needed.

We will make every effort to see patients in discomfort as soon as possible.

For your convenience, the following forms are available to download and fill out prior to your appointment.  This will save about 20 minutes of your time in our office.

Endodontic fees usually range anywhere between about $1000 - $2100 depending upon the extent and nature of the treatment, as well as which tooth is to be treated.  It is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of the completion of treatment. If you have dental insurance, you may still be required to pay a portion of the fee (your co-payment) along with any unpaid deductible.  If we do not participate with you particular insurance, direct payment will be expected and we will gladly assist you with any necessary paperwork for your reimbursement.

We also participate in a convenient payment plan called "Care Credit" which allows patients to pay for treatment with interest-free monthly payments. Checks, MasterCard, and Visa are gladly accepted.

When you call to make your appointment, please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
